These Sales Terms govern paid purchases of engineering practice assessments on wavepillars.com through Stripe Checkout. They supplement our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Products
We sell digital access to selected paid assessments in our catalog. Each product page or checkout session shows the assessment title and price before you pay.
Access is personal, non-transferable, and intended for your own learning use, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
Price and payment
Prices are shown on Stripe Checkout in the currency configured for that product. Payment is processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
By completing checkout, you agree to these Sales Terms and our Terms & Conditions.
Delivery
After successful payment, we email the address provided at checkout with an access link and/or access key for the purchased assessment. Delivery is typically immediate or within a short time after payment confirmation.
You are responsible for using the same email address when signing in with Google on the site so paid access validation can succeed.
VAT and invoices
If you need a VAT invoice for your purchase, contact us at contact@wavepillars.com with your billing details and checkout reference. Invoice availability and VAT treatment depend on your location and our tax status; we will confirm when you request an invoice.
Withdrawal and refunds (consumers in the EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
For digital content delivered immediately (such as an access key sent by email), that right may not apply if:
- delivery begins immediately after purchase, and
- you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery begins.
By completing checkout for instant digital access, you request immediate delivery of digital content. Where required by law, Stripe Checkout or our checkout flow will present the applicable consent and acknowledgment before payment.
All sales are final once access has been delivered, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise (for example, if digital content is defective or not as described).
Complaints and support
If you have trouble accessing a purchased assessment, contact us at contact@wavepillars.com with your purchase email and assessment name. We will help resolve access issues within a reasonable time.
If you believe paid content is materially not as described, contact us so we can review your case under applicable consumer protection rules.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for paid assessments is subject to the limitations in our Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Sales Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Governing law
These Sales Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be subject to the courts competent for the seller's registered address in Gdańsk, Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
Changes
We may update these Sales Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Purchases are governed by the version in effect at checkout unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
